Become Extraordinary Workshop
If 2020 has taught us anything, it’s that the more prepared you are to succeed, the faster it happens. This workshop covers key disciplines a tree care company needs as a foundation to become extraordinary.
The Spring session is in May (11th, 18th, and 25th), and the Fall session is in November (2nd, 9th, 16th). You can take either or both. Each webinar lasts two hours (from Noon until 2:00pm Central time) and consists of a half-hour presentation and 1.5 hours of roundtable discussion facilitated by Eric Petersen and one or more of our Thrive consultants. Prior to each session, a homework assignment will be sent out in advance to help prepare all attendees and maximize the roundtable discussion time.
Registration includes attendance for up to three people from your company for each session, so bring your Safety Director, Sales Manager and Operations Director, or whoever you feel will help you become extraordinary!

Sales and Marketing
Learn what your company’s sales “sweet spot” is and how to solidify your sales and estimating process so you are winning projects within your desired clientele and service on a regular basis.
